Materials are listed individually on every product page. Our range includes gold-tone and silver-tone plated brass chains, stainless steel components on selected styles, glass and shell beads, and freshwater pearls. Plated pieces are described as plated — they are not solid precious metal.

Plating wears over time, and how quickly depends on wear and exposure. Keep pieces away from water, lotions, perfume and swimming pools, and store them dry in the pouch they arrive in. Each product page includes care instructions for that specific piece.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are packed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch and expedited typically 2–3 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Email info@goldenankle.space as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel hasn't been packed yet we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you'll need to use the returns process.
