Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already taken.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Payment is taken by our third-party payment provider at the time of order. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you order is the price that applies to that order.

Product descriptions and imagery

We describe materials as accurately as we can. Plated pieces are described as plated and are not solid precious metal. Handmade and beaded pieces vary slightly between units, and screen colour rendering differs between devices, so small variation from photographs is normal and is not a fault.

Jewelry care and sensitivities

Care instructions are listed on each product page. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the listed materials before ordering and stop wearing a piece if you notice irritation. We can't provide medical advice.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns

Your return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts and accuracy

You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details and to keep any account credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no scraping at a rate that burdens our servers, no attempts to breach security, no reselling our product photography or copy, and no unlawful use.

Intellectual property

Site content, product photography, text and branding belong to Golden Ankle LLC or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party services

Payment processing, shipping and email delivery are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the items concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
